Family Sticker

Fun fun fun!

Today I was sitting on the couch feeding Katelyn and texting with Kirt, when Brayden ran into the bathroom! I looked down and Jackson was staring straight at me with his big eyes and a bright red face! Then I noticed some cute little tooting sounds coming from Katelyn. I texted Kirt and told him that all three of our kids were pooping at the same time, and wasn't the luckiest mom in the world! LOL! Then next thing I knew my leg was getting wet. I picked Katelyn up off of my lap and there was a big yellowish spot on my pants and her outfit. I put her down and changed her diaper, outfit, and my pants. I heard Brayden yelling for me and I ran down to see what he needed. He told me that "Someone" had pooped on the floor. I went in to see the damage that this "Someone" had done, and there was stuff everywhere! All over the floor, Brayden's pants, shirt, underwear, and wall! I took everything off of him and started cleaning when Jackson came in and stepped in it. I laid him down to take off his sock, when I noticed that his pants were turning a nice shade of orange! In five minutes my cute little family destroyed my bathroom and made an entire load of laundry for me to do! Aren't they sweet.

OH Kids!

Oh the joys of having kids! Last night we took the kids to see the lights with Connie and my mom. We didn't get home until around 11:30 p.m and Brayden was a walking zombie! We put them in their pajamas and put them to bed. I still had to feed the baby, so Kirt and I were downstairs talking. Around midnight we heard Brayden start crying. We yelled up to him and asked him what was wrong; he didn't answer. He then screamed louder. Again we asked him what was wrong and he didn't anwswer. The third time he screamed I could tell he was in distress! So I ran up there as fast as I could to find Brayden standing in the middle of his room peeing onto the floor! I started yelling, "Brayden, what are you doing", while looking for something to start catching pee in. Kirt had recently taken off the glass cover for the light in their room so we could paint and it was sitting on the dresser. I quickly grabbed it and started catching Brayden's urine in it. He just sat there asleep, crying and peeing. Before I had gotten into his room there was quit a puddle of pee on the ground already, but that kid continued peeing forever! I swear I stood there catching it for 3 more minutes! He got done and just started walking to his bed! I had to wake him up and show him that he was wet and had to take a bath. OH the joys of having children!

This is us!

I have decided that I need to catch up with everyone else and start a family blog.

Kirt:
Kirt is the most amazing person in the entire world. He is currently working full time, going to school full time, is the 11 year old scout leader, the father of our three beautiful children, and somehow still finds time to entertain me and all the activities involved in our family! Kirt is the kindest person I know. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone who needs it. Kirt is also the most sarcastic person I know. It has taken me 8 years to be able to keep up with him in conversation. He is so quick on the uptake. He always has a funny or sarcastic remark to say. He keeps me laughing and I love him for that!

Emily:
This is me. I am a full time stay at home mother of four (yes kirt counts)! I love to sing and dance, workout, play the piano, and go out with my family. I am currently tring to figure out how to take care of three kids, a husband, clean house, feed everyone, and make sure everyone is still alive at the end of the day. I don't have a lot of time to myself anymore, but I love being a mother and wouldn't trade it for anything in the world!

Brayden:
Brayden is the light of my life! He is the sweetest little person I know! He always makes sure I know that he thinks I am beautiful! He always has a smile on his face, and loves to visit all his family. He loves his brother, sister, mom mom, nana, grandpa's, aunts, uncles, cousins, and everyone else he is related too. He is a great singer and is very smart. He could read when he was 3 1/2. He loves to play with his cars and wants to be a great sportsman like his uncle Jantzen!

Jackson:
Jackson is our little rascal! He brings a smile to the face of anyone who sees him. He will either hug you or hit you, depending on his mood! He loves his brother and sister, but is currently trying to find his place in this crazy house! He can throw a ball as good as a 5 year old and loves to play baseball. Jackson will someday only have 3 fingers on his right hand as he is either going to bite off his ring finger and middle finger or mom is going to have them removed! Jackson has mysterious beautiful brown eyes, which can melt the heart of anyone he sees.

Katelyn:
Katelyn is the newest addition to our little family. She has melted our hearts and has her daddy wrapped around her little finger. She has 135 relatives that fight for the chance to hold her! She is very sweet tempered, but alas, doesn't like to sleep as of yet. She is beautiful and even though we weren't ready for her, we love her and know she belongs to us!
